Many rely on their children to arrange transportation, which works fine until the kids are unavailable. It's clear that older adults need accessible transportation options, without the hassle and safety concerns that some may have. Let's explore ways to make getting around easier for this important demographic.

What inspired me?

Let me take you back to the year 2015 - the times when Uber, Lyft and Ola were the cool new kids in town. I remember appearing for interviews at my undergrad college with my mom, and after the grueling exam, we needed a ride home. That's when Ola came to our rescue with its text-message booking system. We were blown away as they quickly arranged a ride for us, and we reached home in a jiffy! It was like we had found a genie in a bottle!

But hold on, here's a fun fact. My folks and grandfolks are still on the fence about using Uber. No, it's not because they don't like the idea of a ride-hailing service. They just can't get their heads around all the 'phone and app' tech thing. Well, I guess it's time to tech-train the oldies and get them riding high on the digital wave!
